Absolutely! Your deposit will count towards the total payment of the craft of your choice and you will pay the remaining balance in person at the end of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the workshop will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, even if a new date is booked.

• You may reschedule your appointment up to three times. After three reschedules, you must attend your most recently rescheduled appointment.

• If you are unable to attend after three reschedules, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your reservation if there are walk-in appointments.

• If you are more than 25 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled, and you will need to schedule a new reservation online.

Yes! We have plenty of free parking spots on the ground level, so you can arrive with ease.

Of course! We love having creators of all ages. If you’re unsure which workshops are best for kids, just reach out—we’re happy to help answer any questions!

• Absolutely! We love hosting private and group classes for all kinds of events. Just contact us via email (handmademomentstudio@gmail.com), phone, or Instagram for details.

• We can even bring the fun to you if your group has more than 5 people (a travel fee may apply).

• Just bring yourself and get ready to have fun! We’ll provide all the materials you need for your workshop.

• We do recommend wearing comfortable shoes for easy movement :)
