Group Workshops

Large Group Booking Policy (more than 6 people, 3 hours)：

For groups of more than 6 people (3 hours) without any food, catering, or decorations, there is no minimum spending requirement.

If the total spending reaches or exceeds $600 ( not include service fee), you will receive 10% off the total workshop cost.

Please note:

  • This discount applies only to large groups with no food, no decorations, and no special setup.

  • Any event that includes food, catering, decorations, or special arrangements will follow a separate pricing policy.

Party & Event Booking Policy

All parties, corporate events, family gatherings, and group activities fall into two types of bookings. You may choose the option that best fits your needs. All details and pricing will be clearly outlined in the event agreement.

Please contact us with your preferred date and time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Option 1: Events Held at Our Studio

You may:

  • Bring your own food and decorations, or

  • Request us to provide food, decorations, or special setups

All selected services and costs will be specified in the agreement.

Minimum Spending: $600
If the total spending is less than $600, it will still be charged as $600.

Option 2: Off-Site Events (We Come to You)

We can host workshops and activities at your preferred location.

  • Free travel within 5 miles of our studio

  • Locations beyond 5 miles will incur a travel fee — please contact us for a quote

All pricing, travel fees, and event details will be clearly stated in the agreement.

Deposit & Payment

  • A 50% deposit of the estimated total (pre-tax) is required at the time of booking

  • Sales tax will be applied to all workshops.

Cleaning Policy

Please help us keep the studio clean and organized during your event.

  • If you clean up the space yourselves, no cleaning fee will be charged.

  • If cleaning is required after the event, a cleaning fee of $50 or more will be applied, depending on the condition of the space.

Service Fee

For 10 or less people, a 10% service fee will be added to the total cost of your workshop.

For 11 or more people, a 15% service fee will be added to the total cost of your workshop.
